I am the owner of a small land surveying business based in Raleigh, North Carolina. I specialize in commercial property retracement and design surveys throughout North Carolina.

Over the past fifteen years I have noticed, as I am sure that you have a major increase in technology. My service is design to take advantage of these technologies. I endeavor to put the professional back into the courthouses performing research and making onsite inspections. Thanks to the development of mobile computers and wireless telephones, these task are now much easier performed. I have structured my service to best serve those clients that own restaurant chains, hotel chains or any site that generally has small project dimension, and a multiple number of sites state wide. I offer robotic and global positioning system surveys or GPS surveying for short.
