SERVICE OUTLINES AND FORMS

Please use these forms for each of your projects, however be aware nothing herein will replace the guidance of your attorney or professional land surveyor. These forms are intended as a helpful guide only. They will reduce cost and confusion considerably. I recommend you save the desired file to you computer. Work on it there. Once finished, email or fax it to me for my review. This will make it easy to compare data with your attorney, title company and other parties. Using email will increase speed and reduce the number of times we us ground mail.
 
There are two types of forms included herein. All are printable.The forms in the "written entry" section are for clients that prefer not to work on a computer. The other forms allow you to fill in the blanks using your computer before printing. Just hit the tab key with one of these files open and you will get the idea.
